Our story began back in 2016 when our founder Iolanda Hazell, an HR expert with over 18 years of experience, decided to leave her in-house HR role. She saw a gap where SMEs needed quality HR advice but were not in the position to have a dedicated in-house HR resource.

From there, Infinity HR has grown rapidly and today we provide HR services to small, medium, and large businesses throughout Australia.

We are not your usual HR consulting company - we work as part of your extended team, to understand your unique business and create tailored people strategies to achieve your business goals.
