With a Post-Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management and over 18 years expertise as an in-house HR specialist, Iolanda Hazell has a wealth of cross sector HR expertise gained from corporate government and SME organisations.

Before launching Infinity HR, Iolanda Hazell worked as an in-house HR specialist for 15 years with corporate firms and government organisations including AMP, CUA, Minter Ellison and the NSW Government.

In recent years she has specialised in People & Culture, putting in place the Analytic tools, platforms and HR frameworks which provide you with actionable insights to ensure the employee experience is paramount.
