With a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, Jennifer has over 18 years' experience as an in-house HR generalist/manager across a diverse range of industries including legal professional services, media, sales, medical devices, music and not-for-profit member associations.  

Jennifer specialises in partnering with business leaders to build strong relationships and create an alignment between business needs, people strategy and plans. Her expertise includes HR transformation, strategic workforce planning, people management, employee relations and implementing workplace initiatives to achieve organisational change.
